 The most important reason for establishing a roofing maintenance, inspection and repair program is to protect your investment. A maintenance, inspection and repair program keeps you informed of your roof's condition through regular reports, which are valuable when budgeting for major repairs or replacement.
A properly executed maintenance program will add years to the life of the roof by detecting minor problems in the early stages, before damage is widespread, thus preventing interruption of the internal functions of the building.
Bel-Mac Roofing, Inc. is approved by most major roofing system manufacturers and can provide both regular maintenance and warranty work for your roof system. Below are two roofing maintenance programs developed to provide the right level of service for your needs:
Level One Roofing Maintenance Program
- Detailed annual roof maintenance inspection and report
- A minimum of four man-hours of service work is also included in this program. Includes roof cleaning, general maintenance, and minor roof repairs.
 Level Two Roofing Maintenance Program
- Includes all items in Level One Program above
- Initial roof analysis report which includes the following:
- In depth roof analysis and condition report
- Cad drawing indicating roof layout
- Overview of roof system make up and deck configuration
- List of roof deficiencies
- Digital colored photographs of listed deficiencies
- Recommendations and costs associated with repair of deficiencies
- Semi annual roof cleaning
- Emergency response for natural disasters such as tornadoes, hurricanes and severe weather. Our personnel will assist you in compiling the necessary information required for insurance claims
Our programs can be tailored to suit the needs of each customer. Pricing for the different program levels will be provided upon request. As with all buildings, each roof is generally different and will require a site visit to establish a baseline cost for the facility. This unique customer interaction allows us to provide the most cost effective, tailored maintenance program for each facility, using only those program items that are needed to properly maintain the roof system.
Bel-Mac Roofing, Inc. can also provide roof scanning services, waterproofing, and a host of construction related services should these items be requested by the facility. This option will aid the customer in completing simultaneous projects with a single-source contractor.
